FAQs

Is my response anonymouos?
Your responses are entirely anonymous, even to the individuals collecting them.

We request that the survey be filled out annually after your company undergoes an MDSAP audit.

Each company or division holding its own MDSAP certificate should complete a survey. If your organization has multiple certificates across divisions, each division should participate. To ensure only one response per certificate holder, it’s recommended that the Management Representative of the MDSAP Lead oversees completion.

Since some questions might require input from several team members, we recommend holding a group meeting to answer them collaboratively. Certain questions remain constant, while others may change based on your previous responses.

How long will it take me to complete the Survey and do I have to complete it all at once?
The survey may take on average 20-40 minutes depending on the answers you provide as some of the questions are dynamic (they will react to your feedback with a different set of questions). The survey auto-saves every time you move to a new page, allowing you to pause and return later (using the same computer).
