We are conducting a survey to gather valuable input from service providers, including health services, NGOs, and government agencies, about the potential need for a new Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service (ACCHS) to serve communities in the Yorke Peninsula and surrounding areas.
Your insights are crucial in helping us determine whether an ACCHS is needed in the region, and if so, guiding us in planning a service that meets the community's needs and aligns with the existing service system. We are interested in your perspectives on the current health services available, any gaps or challenges in delivering services that meet the needs of Aboriginal people, and the potential benefits of establishing an ACCHS in the region.
The survey takes about 5–10 minutes to complete.
Survey responses will close at 5pm on 16 May 2025.
Thank you for your time and contribution to this important initiative.
