Southern Rural Water (SRW) is reviewing our pricing and services as part of our Water Pricing submission to the Essential Services Commission. The pricing submission will cover the next few years from mid-2018. Recently we received a postcard from you indicating that you are interested in contributing to our pricing and service review. This survey is the first step in that process.
