UK EO Awards 2026 - 'Employee Owner of the Year' Nomination Form

The 'Employee Owner of the Year' award celebrates an individual who, while not in a leadership position, has taken on the role of EO champion, demonstrating an ownership mindset and going the extra mile to help develop and promote EO in the business and beyond.

This is a chance to nominate someone in your business who champions EO day-in and day-out.

Their contribution may include how they’ve championed the business’ approach to EO behaviours, values and culture, influenced or suggested an innovation that’s improved outcomes for a product or service, and/or driven reputational success as an EO champion inside the business and beyond.
