Thank you for participating in this important survey! The American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) is conducting a series of research studies to identify and address gaps between current practice and state-of-the-art practice in occupational and environmental health and safety (OEHS). This survey on heat stress and waterborne pathogens programs is the third survey in that series of research studies. AIHA needs your input to better understand current practices to learn how best to support and empower you and your peers working in these areas.

The following organizations are also participating in this research endeavor by distributing the survey:
  • American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH)
  • Australian Institute of Occupational Hygienists (AIOH)
  • British Occupational Hygiene Society (BOHS)
  • Southern African Institute for Occupational Hygiene (SAIOH)
  • International Occupational Hygiene Association (IOHA)
The survey should take about 20 minutes to complete. In appreciation of your participation, you will have an opportunity to enter a drawing for a chance to win one of ten (10) $50 gift cards*. The drawing will occur several days after the survey closes on December 11, and winners will be notified by January 8.

* The American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) will fulfill the gift cards. The drawing form at the end of the survey will ask for name, email, and country of residence in order to help with this fulfillment. AIHA will fulfill the gift cards primarily using the service Giftogram (only available in select countries), which gives winners a choice of gift card from a list of retailers. For winners in countries outside Giftogram’s service area, winners will have the choice of a gift card from Amazon.com or Visa.
