King County School Cultural Partnerships Survey - Community Organizations |
Introduction
The purpose of this survey is to gather information about partnerships between Community Organizations and public schools in King County. This information will be used to determine how 4Culture and community partners can better support and strategically invest in public school systems to improve learning opportunities and experiences for King County students in the arts, Washington State and Pacific Northwest heritage, science, and technology.
Please note: There are important questions about what organizations need to foster strong partnerships with King County Public Schools, and we hope you will complete the entire survey and provide that information.
Only one survey should be completed per organization.
This survey should take about 15 minutes.
All answers will be kept confidential by the research team. Names of schools, organizations, or persons referenced in completing the survey will not be shared or published.
