Northern NSW LHD (Tweed) Safe Space Co-design (Feedback Loop 2)

Introduction

Thank you for participating in this survey as part of Feedback Loop 2 in the co-design of the Northern NSW LHD Tweed Safe Space.

The purpose of Feedback Loop 2 is to:

Gather broader insight regarding progress so far
Capture any further suggestions and feedback to inform the final service model.

During the most recent stage of the process, we have analysed the responses that we received from Feedback Loop 1 and conducted a final combined co-design session with both health professionals and lived experience representatives.

During this session, participants explored several scenarios regarding how the Safe Space would support people under certain circumstances.

The intent of the session was to explore any outstanding areas of divergence and identify the 'non-negotiables' for the implementation of the Safe Space model following the co-design process.

Within this survey, we've included slides that capture the outcomes of this session, and will ask you a series of questions for you to provide further input.
