Consultation on the future of Creative Scotland's Open Funds

As one of our key funding routes, our current Open Funds (the Open Fund for Organisations and the Open Fund for Individuals) currently support a wide range of activity across the cultural sector in Scotland, initiated by organisations, artists, producers and many types of creative practitioner.

This survey will help us understand how we can best shape the new Open Access Funds to improve access, simplify processes and better support the sector.

The deadline for responding to the survey is 28 November 2025.

Completing the survey should take approximately 15-20 minutes.

Creative Scotland will collate the information gathered and this will help to inform and improve upon future changes to Open Access Funds. Findings from the survey will be anonymised and the data will be aggregated, if shared publicly. No names or individual company information will be shared publicly.
