Distinguished Young Woman Award Nomination Form

YWCA Greater Cleveland will recognize select group of women age 35 or under who have made an impact in their careers and in their communities.

Upon completion of this form, applicants will receive notification that their nomination has been received and is under review. All nominees will be evaluated by a panel and assessed strictly based on the information provided.
