The State of Alaska offers a low-interest loan for aircraft that fly principally in Alaska to equip with ADS-B, WAAS GPS navigators and multi-function displays. The loan covers up to 80% of the cost to equip, has an interest rate of 4%, for terms up to 10 years. It will sunset on July 1st, 2020.
