Alaska Capstone Loan Survey

The State of Alaska offers a low-interest loan for aircraft that fly principally in Alaska to equip with ADS-B, WAAS GPS navigators and multi-function displays. The loan covers up to 80% of the cost to equip, has an interest rate of 4%, for terms up to 10 years. It will sunset on July 1st, 2020. Please answer the following question regarding your interest in this program.

1.Regarding the Alaska Capstone Avionics Loan Program:

I plan to use the loan program, and will file my application before it ends on July 1, 2020

I plan to use the loan program, but need the program extended past July 1, 2020

I don't plan to use the loan program. Am fine with it going away
