Tompkins County Workforce Development can assist Tompkins County residents, age 18 and older, with resume development, interview preparation, career pathways to self-sufficiency, addressing barriers to employment, and disability resource services. For Tompkins County residents who meet our priority-of-service criteria and the Tompkins County Workforce Development Board policy requirements, Adult Services can assist in accessing WIOA funding for employment-related training. If you are not a Tompkins County resident, please contact the Career Center or Workforce Development office in your county of residence. This survey will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.
