Development Advocate Pakistan (DAP) is a quarterly publication by UNDP Pakistan. It provides a platform for exchange of ideas on key development issues and challenges in Pakistan. So far eight issues of DAP have been published on specific development themes that include; local governance, education, political economy of budget, electoral reforms, five years of the 18th amendment, 7th National Finance Commission Award, the debate on FATA mainstreaming and climate change. Two years down the road, through this evaluation form, we want to assess the impact of DAP to the development policy context of Pakistan.
