15.ROUTINE PLACEMENT: The 320 Company directors/instructors will have final say on where each team dancer is placed for 2026-27 competition routines. Selections are based on each dancer’s overall skill level, technique, showmanship, and age/maturity.(Required.)
16.Pre-Co dancers will participate in 2-3 group routines. These do NOT include solos, duos, or trios.(Required.)
17.Company dancers must participate in a minimum of 5 group routines. These do NOT include solos, duos, or trios.(Required.)
18.If auditioning for COMPANY, please check how many total GROUP ROUTINES you’d like to be considered for. (Including Production, which is required for ALL dancers.)
19.SOLOS:  Company dancers have the opportunity to be considered for solos, if the 320 directors feel they are ready. Studio 320 will select choreographers for dancers, based on their age, level, and desired genre. Studio 320 will have final approval on song selections, choreographer and costumes.
20.Would you like to be considered for a SOLO?(Required.)
21.Company & Pre-Co dancers have the opportunity to be considered for duos/trios, if the 320 directors feel they are ready, and have suitable pairing options with other teammates of similar age/ability. Studio 320 will select choreographers for dancers, based on their age, level, and desired genre. Studio 320 will have final approval on song selections, choreographer and costumes.(Required.)

24.REQUIRED EVENTS: Pre-Co dancers will compete at 3 REGIONAL events as a full team (Kansas City area.)(Required.)
25.REQUIRED EVENTS: Company dancers will compete at minimum 4 REGIONAL events as a full team (could include MO, KS, IA, NE, AR, OK) and 1 NATIONAL event as a full team (could include MO, FL, CA, NV, TX, SC, etc.)(Required.)
26.Company dancers are required to participate in 1 DANCE CONVENTION this season. Studio 320 will register you for all conventions. (Conventions must be approved by Tara and should not conflict with major group choreo or rehearsal days.)(Required.)
27.Company & Pre-Co dancers are required to participate in the 2027 Dance Recital, taking place at the Kansas City Music Hall (May 2027)(Required.)
