NC Grades 3-5 Physical Education Professional Development

NC Healthy Schools provides LEAs and teachers across the state support in teaching the Health Education and Physical Education Essential Standards.  Please help us identify topics and objectives in which you feel additional professional development would be helpful (i.e. training, webinars, materials, and other resources).

There are separate surveys for Health Education and Physical Education for grade levels K-2, 3-5, 6-8, and High School. Please complete all surveys that apply to your teaching situation.  Thank you for your assistance.
