AN-ACC transition survey

This survey is being distributed by ACSA and LASA to understand the upcoming transition from ACFI to AN-ACC

The survey asks providers to tell us their current staffing minutes and ACFI revenue and the AN-ACC target minutes and revenue. The survey also asks about plans to recruit additional staff and how they will help deliver better care.

This survey will close COB 5 May.
