Every week, it seems, a big tech company is announcing that their staff will continue working at home into 2021 and that their facility needs are changing. While the nonprofit sector is different in many ways, we know that nonprofit leaders also are rethinking their facility needs — including the impact that will have on lease renewals, moves, new sites, campaigns, and maintenance priorities.
