The New York State Library's Ready to Read at New York Libraries initiative provides multiple early literacy resources for library staff and families. We have developed this short survey to obtain feedback from library staff across the state.

Please complete the following survey by Monday, Nov. 18.

As the Ready to Read program is in part supported with federal Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) funds, it is also very important that the State Library collect this information for its annual report to the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS).

If you have any questions, please contact Project Director Sharon Phillips at Sharon.Phillips@nysed.gov. Thank you!
