Additionally, this GC has aided the subcontracting industry by outstanding administration, efficient field supervision and fair financial practices on a continuing basis. NOTE: Category is for GC’s under $500 million and not the size of the project.

B. GC’s timeliness of change order payment before or right at expected time.
C. GC’s subcontract document for fairness to subcontractors.
