We know, another survey. However, surveys are the best way for you to give us direct feedback in relation to the EA, so you providing your feedback is important.
The union wanted to seek proper feedback on the latest offer, particularly given that we had such a short turnaround on the day before the 48-hour strike. We were on-site yesterday speaking with members, but in order to get an accurate understand of members' thoughts on the offer we need to survey everyone.
All we want to know at this stage is, now that you've had more time to read the offer, whether you do or not support it (and if the answer is no, what else needs to be included in the offer for it to be good enough for you).
