Membership Model Feedback Form

RECO is currently implementing a governance transition following Orders issued by the Minister of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement.

As part of the governance and by-law matters associated with RECO’s Annual General Meeting, registrants and stakeholders who wish to provide feedback regarding the proposed transition may do so until June 18, 2026.

The proposed governance model transition would modernize RECO’s governance structure by moving to a model whereby voting rights within the corporation would be held by members of the Board of Directors, rather than individual registrants, consistent with governance models used by many modern regulators.

RECO will continue to seek input from registrants and stakeholders through advisory councils, collaboration summits, consultations, and ongoing sector engagement activities.

Please read RECO's public advisory for additional information regarding the governance transition.

This feedback opportunity relates specifically to governance and by-law matters associated with the proposed governance model transition and RECO’s Annual General Meeting. It is not intended to solicit feedback regarding the Minister’s Orders issued on April 30, 2026.

Input received will inform RECO’s governance transition and related by-law updates.
