Dear Survey Respondent,
Thank you for taking the time to complete the following Palestinian American Community Center (PACC) survey. The information collected will deepen PACC's understanding of the community and will help enhance their programs to better serve our community.
The responses will be completely confidential and anonymous. At the end, you can enter a raffle for 3 $50 Gift Cards as a thank you for your time!
The survey contains 34 questions and will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
