HIMSS Nursing Informatics Community 2007 - England Survey

Thank you for agreeing to participate in the HIMSS Nursing Informatics Task Force survey to explore the impact of Health Information Technology on the role of nurses and interdisciplinary communication in acute care (hospital) settings. This survey will take about 20 minutes to complete. Completion of the survey indicates you recognize that this is a research project in which you have volunteered to participate. There are 22 questions at the end of the survey that will allow us to describe individuals who completed the surveys. Your responses to this survey are anonymous. None of your responses will be linked to you as an individual.
