Veterinary Professional Perception Survey on Workforce Data Collection

3.Introduction

The College of Veterinarians of Ontario invites you to participate in a survey to share your perspectives on workforce data collection. Access to a consistent and available veterinary workforce is important to animals, the public, and veterinary teams. To support solutions and better understand the veterinary workforce, reliable data is essential. As a professional who is part of the veterinary workforce, your input will help the College and the profession collect the information needed in an effective and meaningful way. Your feedback is valuable. Please help us make a difference by completing this anonymous survey.

The purpose of this survey is to gather feedback from veterinary professionals about workforce data collection before any new initiatives are implemented. Your feedback will help the College better understand: comfort levels with different types of workforce information being collected, privacy and confidentiality concerns and preferred approaches to reporting and use of the data.

This survey should take approximately 15 minutes (or less) to complete. If you have any questions or comments regarding the survey, please contact Lindsay Sproule, Director, Regulatory Programs Performance at 519-824-5600 ext. 2254 or lsproule@cvo.org
