WOMEN IN ENGINEERING AWARDS

Railway Track & Structures presents its annual Women in Engineering awards in which the magazine will profile individuals who have made an impact in their respective fields or within their company. The women who represent the "best of the best" in the railroad engineering field will be featured in the Railway Track & Structures July 2026 issue. Winners will also be among those recognized at the fourth annual Women in Rail conference, October 6-7, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Schaumburg in Schaumburg, Illinois. Women In Rail highlights diverse experiences and practical strategies for moving the industry forward. (Past winners are not eligible for this award).

ELIGIBILITY:
• The nominee must be located in the United States, Canada and/or Mexico.
• There is no limit on the number of entries each firm or person can submit, and there is no entry fee.
• Candidates may nominate themselves.
• Past winners are ineligible.

JUDGING CRITERIA:
• Industry experience and education
• Leadership skills
• Industry contributions
