Entry criteria:
-Companies must operate in America
-Companies must have a minimum of ten employees in America

Process:

The entry process comprises two steps: an employer submission followed by an employee survey.

Phase one – Employer submission

Organization must complete the submission form below. This takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. We recommend saving your responses in a different file first before completing the submission to avoid losing your work if you exit the form part way through. Entries close February 25.

Note: Only ONE submission is required per company

Phase two – Employee survey

Companies that successfully complete the Phase One submission will be sent a link to an online employee survey to be circulated internally within their organization. Organizations must meet a minimum number of responses to be eligible for the Best Places to Work recognition, based on company size:

-Employee size 10 - 100: 10 minimum
-Employee size 101 - 500: 20 minimum
-Employee size 501+: 50 minimum

The survey will ask employees to rate their company across a range of metrics that constitute drivers of employee satisfaction. A company will need to achieve an overall satisfaction rating of at least 80% to be recognized as a Best Place to Work.

Note: Employer/company information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third parties.

The successful companies will be featured on the HRD website in June.
