ICANN Meeting Selection Criteria prior to completing this form. The following elements MUST be confirmed in order to submit a hosting proposal:
1. Availability of adequate meeting space over the required dates for the meeting of interest.
2. Availability of adequate hotel accommodations (as identified in Appendix A of the relevant Meeting Selection Criteria) over the required dates at all proposed supporting hotels.
3. Presence of the required network infrastructure as identified in
Appendix B at the proposed conference facility.
