Welcome

As a family in the adoption and permanency community we would like to understand your needs to help the ACO better serve you.

We want to hear your thoughts on our educational offerings and other supports available to you. We will be asking you about our trainings, parent parent support groups, resources and communications. The survey also gives you an opportunity to tell us about any other supports you may need as a parent/caregiver, to help your family on your adoption and/or permanency journey.
