Thank you for choosing to take part in this screening survey. It should take less than 2&nbsp;minutes to complete. We are recruiting consumers to take part in a&nbsp;confectionary&nbsp;taste testing 😋 taking place in Dublin 2&nbsp;on Tues 30th &amp; Wed 1st Dec&nbsp;at time slots between 10am - 6pm. The purpose of this questionnaire is to assess your suitability to take part. We require a variety of people with different preferences so please answer honestly. Successful applicants will be invited to a 30 minute tasting for which they will be rewarded with a &euro;20 MasterCard.

Any personal information we ask for will be kept secure. Your data will be held within our database unless you ask for it to be removed.
