Thank you for choosing to take part in this screening survey. It should take less than 2 minutes to complete.

We are recruiting consumers to take part in a confectionary taste testing 😋 taking place in Dublin 2 on Tues 30th & Wed 1st Dec at time slots between 10am - 6pm. The purpose of this questionnaire is to assess your suitability to take part. We require a variety of people with different preferences so please answer honestly.

Successful applicants will be invited to a 30 minute tasting for which they will be rewarded with a €20 MasterCard.
