Covid 19 has had a huge impact on small local businesses in Wicklow. Many people rely on these businesses as a source of employment and for goods and services. Whether it’s the local hairdressers, mechanics or butchers, an online craft shop or bookshop, the pandemic is affecting everyone differently and the impact has not been felt equally across all sectors or regions.
A year into a global pandemic and there’s no better time than now to take the opportunity to see how local businesses are doing in Wicklow. I hope you will take part in this survey so we can see what has or hasn’t been working, what more is needed to support businesses in Wicklow now and into the future, and how businesses are being impacted by our third and longest lockdown to date.
