Thank you for taking the time to participate in Cook Shire Council's Waste Management Survey.
Through your feedback, Council will be able to gauge the level of awareness about waste management in Cook Shire and by doing so, hopes to improve services to our residents and ratepayers by better understanding the needs of our community.
At the end of the survey you have the opportunity to submit your details to enter into a draw to win a $150 voucher redeemable at IGA Cooktown.
We appreciate your time is important and so is your feedback! The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Please do not complete the survey if you have participated in the waste management survey through "Tippanys Cash for Christmas" promotion.
Please complete the survey by Friday 01 May 2015.

Council will use this information to form a collection of all survey data which will be used to improve waste management services in Cook Shire.
