Description: This 8-part series explores a range of practical health and wellness topics to support participants in managing their well-being. Each week highlights a different focus, from making the most of health care appointments and planning for personal health needs to understanding stress, sleep, nutrition, medications and more.
Participants will gain knowledge and strategies to make informed decisions and develop healthier daily habits.
