Community Advocacy 2026 Survey

Strafford County Public Health Network (SCPHN) wants to learn more about what people in our communities are doing to advocate, what issues they're interested in, and how we can support advocates in Strafford County.

Please take a few minutes to complete the survey below. All responses will remain anonymous. Any identifying information shared will be removed before our SCPHN team shares the data with our advocacy work group. This group will use the information to plan future events, trainings, tools and more to help grow the knowledge and skills of advocates in our communities.

We are raffling of three $25 gift cards to Fold'd Community Diner in Somersworth for those who complete our survey. If you choose to enter the raffle, your responses will not be connected to your raffle entry and will not have an effect on the drawing.
