Food 4 Less Campaign 2020/ Issues Survey

In January, Food 4 Less workers began preparations to negotiate a new contract with Food 4 Less to make improvements at your workplace. More than 50% of Food 4 Less workers participated in an issue survey at that time.

Then the Covid-19 pandemic changed everything for grocery workers. As an essential worker, you have been risking your health to serve your community for almost 7 months. Food 4 Less has earned record profits but has not provided necessary safety protections or pay to its workers. Due to the pandemic, we delayed the Food 4 Less negotiation process to the end of 2020; now it’s time to build power to get what you deserve.
