Thank you for contacting us. We are excited to talk to you about joining the Fair Labor Association (FLA) network. This is a short survey, which should take no more than 5-10 minutes to fill out.
Please note that there are a few different pathways to join FLA, and that this form is specifically designed for companies interested in pursuing Fair Labor Accreditation (Membership Program) as Participating Companies.
Fair Labor Accreditation is a rigorous, multi-year process that evaluates companies’ systems to protect workers throughout global supply chains. FLA offers two accreditation programs for companies committed to improving working conditions in different tiers of its supply chain: one for agriculture and one for manufacturing.
For companies, who are NOT currently planning to pursue FLA Accreditation but directly hold or plan to hold collegiate trademark licenses with FLA University Members, please do not fill out this form.
