2021 CEHL HONOUR BOARD NOMINATION FORM

SECTION (A)

The CEHL Board honours co-op members who have made outstanding contributions to the CEHL Co-operative Housing Program. We are now calling for nominations for this year’s entry on the Honour Board. For your nomination to be considered it needs to be received by CEHL by 5 pm Thursday 30 September 2021.

You are able to nominate members of your co-op who are ex-co-op members including those who have passed away.

The criteria for successful nominations are:

A minimum of five years membership of a CEHL co-op

Being of good standing within their co-op; considering, but not limited to, areas such as fulfilment of all active membership requirements, currency of rent payments and maintenance of their property, throughout their membership

Outstanding and sustained contribution to the wider CEHL Program beyond their own co-op, demonstrating their role as a consistently positive and active champion for the CEHL Program and/or the co-op sector.
