The Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic has created economic hardship and increased complexity for food establishments to keep its customers and employees safe.
Past food safety models no longer fit today’s health concerns. Health safety guidelines and rating systems are inconsistent across jurisdictions, making it challenging to ensure consumer or industry confidence at a national level.
The primary purpose of this survey is to gather insight from industry stakeholders on what they believe are consumer expectations needed to dine out with confidence.
