Thank you for your interest in student placements at the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre (ASRC).
This form is to express interest in doing a student placement with ASRC. Please note we only accept students 18 years and over. This is not an application or a confirmation of a placement.

We will share the details you provide with the relevant programs at the ASRC. If a program is interested in taking you on as a student placement you will hear from that program, and if successful the onboarding process will begin. The details you provide to us will be kept on file until the deadline to confirm placement provided below.

Completing this form does not guarantee that the ASRC will be able to provide a student placement. Placement opportunities will depend entirely on staffing and the needs of ASRC.

If a student is accepted into a Student Placement with ASRC they will need to do the following before starting:
- Provide a current Working with Children Check
- Provide a Police Check that is no more than 6 months old
- Complete ASRC's online induction modules
- Be eligible to volunteer in Australia

Information on how to provide these will be emailed if a Student Placement is secured.
