Thank you for volunteering with the TCPS Parent Action Community (PAC). We welcome all levels of involvement and hope you join us in celebrating TCPS's 50th Anniversary. PAC is a group of involved parents taking action to enrich the experiences of all TCPS students, families, and staff thru community involvement.

* 2. Join a Committee to coordinate events and activities. Guidance and support will be available from the PAC President and School leaders, but the Committee will be responsible for planning and volunteering at their events. Dates, times, event specifics, marketing materials, volunteer needs, and more will be determined by each Committee and approved by School Directors. Each Committee has a goal of producing 1-3 events per year. On-site Committee working sessions are encouraged, and free childcare can be provided if pre-approved by Directors. Other PAC members are available to assist Committees with graphic design, social media, and other areas. Attending PAC meetings is NOT a requirement, but communication with your Committee over email or phone IS expected.

Fundraising Sales Based Committee (donation truck, Pogo Pass, or other sales/donation based fundraiser)

Playground enhancements on my schedule during school hours (installing equipment, rototilling sand, power washing side walks, tree trimming, painting a mural, creating a stage, building an environment, etc). A contractor's license and insurance is requested on equipment/building installation.
