We can't express the value this data brings to our program. Although it takes time, our program would not exist without the successes and stories from your site. Thank you for your service and commitment to your community. For transparency, the VISTA team has access to your quarterly reports and are often used as intentional points of feedback, offer us an opportunity to reflect and adjust to best meet your needs throughout the program year, and report success of the program to our grantors. Please answer as honestly and candidly as you feel comfortable. If you have questions, please contact the Campus Compact VISTA Leaders.
 
 
 
Required Tracking Documents
In addition to this report, it is important that you're tracking the following information:
  • Volunteer hours
  • Students served / number of students served
  • In kind donations
  • Monetary donations 
  • Materials created (manuals, flyers, etc.)
  • Community partnerships contact list
  • Any materials that you've created or used to track progress in your project
These required tracking documents should be submitted to the Campus Compact of Oregon VISTA Program at vista@oregoncampuscompact.org.
