YCEA, in partnership with a committee of community stakeholders, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to develop a comprehensive Master Site Development Plan for the future use of the Pennsylvania State University (PSU) York Campus (PSY). This plan will serve as a strategic framework to facilitate the highest and best reuse of the campus through the identification of potential uses guiding the long-term physical redevelopment of PSU York’s campus.
