What should you know about the award?

The Le Herron Rising Leader Award is reserved for those students who have chosen to put others before self and lead through authentic, visionary ways. The award is based on the principles of leadership laid out by Mr. Le Herron.

What does the award entail going forward?
As a finalist for the Le Herron Rising Leader Award, you will have the opportunity to connect with a mentor here in Union County. The mentor will make time to meet with you periodically over the next year to encourage, offer advice, and foster your growth as a young servant-leader in our community.

The award gives you the opportunity to attend exclusive events, connections to local leaders business leaders, sessions with inspirational entrepreneurs and much more.

All finalists will be asked to submit a 200-word testimonial about their experience to share with future servant-leaders.
