The Ocean Avenue Association is gathering information about the Ocean Avenue Community Benefit District ( the “District”). The District provides vital services such as daily cleaning and maintenance, small business marketing, streetscape & safety improvements, and corridor beautification within the District boundaries. These services are funded through an annual assessment that is paid for by property owners in the District. The District is approaching the renewal period and the Ocean Avenue Association is considering increasing the services provided and expanding the boundaries of the District. Therefore, we need information from you that will allow us to create renewal documents that reflect the services desired by stakeholders. Your feedback is valuable to this effort.
