As part of the project to construct a new Connecticut River bridge between Hinsdale, NH and Brattleboro, VT, the New Hampshire Department of Transportation and Vermont Agency of Transportation worked with the two towns, Southwest Region Planning Commission and Windham Regional Commission to form a Citizen's Advisory Committee to advise them on the project.  As part of this effort, an Existing Bridges Subcommittee was formed.  The Subcommittee's charge is to develop a vision for the reuse of the Charles Dana and Anna Hunt Marsh bridges and for Hinsdale Island based on public feedback.  The Subcommittee would like feedback from the public on how they would like to see the existing bridges and island used after a new bridge is constructed over the River.

If you are interested in learning more about this effort consider watching this video of a public information meeting held on October 15, 2020.

Please consider taking the survey below, which should not take longer than 5 minutes.
