Thank you for taking a few minutes to help shape the future of women's sleep health.

Less than 10% of all health research dollars in Canada are dedicated to women’s health. That means an even smaller piece of the research pie is focused on the perimenopause-to-menopause-to-postmenopause journey, and an even smaller piece focused on the impact insomnia has on women’s midlife health.

We all have an important role to play in ensuring women’s voices and midlife health experiences are heard. Thank you for contributing approximately 9-10 minutes to complete this survey and share your experiences and insights. Your individual responses will always be confidential. Skip any that do not apply.

The survey has three parts: 1) questions about your sleep/lived experience with insomnia, 2) questions about you/your current life stage + 3) an invitation to participate in a conversation about insomnia management.
