The City of Pearland is updating its Unified Development Code (UDC), which establishes the rules for how land is developed throughout the city.

Throughout this process, we've received input from residents, businesses, developers, and community stakeholders. This survey focuses on several remaining topics where additional public feedback will help inform the final draft.
