Applications will be accepted from February 1st to February 28th. Please complete the application online. Any additional supporting documents should be emailed to Linda Watkins at tfsdef@qwestoffice.net. Applications will be reviewed during the month of March. There is a portion of funding designated for music education, while another portion is for general use. Music Education applications will be considered for music classes and general education classes, as we understand that music crosses a wide span of subject areas and age levels. The scoring rubric will focus on three areas: educational need, impact on student achievement, and creativity and innovation.
Teams, departments, and entire buildings can apply for group funding.
Funding is available, up to $1,000 per application.
Please note: Educational need, impact on student achievement, and creativity and innovation will be considered when reviewing applications. The full mini-grant application rubric is available on the TFSDEF website at http://twinfallsschoolfoundation.com/. In addition, those receiving grants will be asked to provide feedback on the use of this funding, and possibly create a storyboard for our Red Apple Gala 2019.
TFSD policies for purchasing must be followed for teachers using these grant funds. Pricing must go through a district-approved vendor.
