2026 Plant Request Form

CCOC's Plant Days is back!

Plant Days is our annual event where tenants can receive flowers, vegetables and herbs for free. Plants will be delivered over the weekend of May 2 and 3 2026.

The deadline to order plants is January 30, 2026. We will try to accommodate as many late requests as we can, but cannot guarantee late orders.
