First Work invites you to submit a presentation proposal for the 2022 Workforce Development Futures Conference taking place during October 26th, 27th, and 28th, 2022.
Futures is the workforce development conference for employment service providers hosted by the team at First Work. This conference attracts over 300 professionals from across Canada each year to learn the latest in labour market trends, best practices for engagement, and inspiring discussions to elevate your programming and professional development.
Conference programming typically reaches each level of workforce development, from frontline counsellors to managers and executives to employers and policy makers. We encourage you to keep this mind while developing your proposal.

SUBMISSION CRITERIA AND GUIDELINES:
Speakers can submit more than one proposal for consideration. Presenters are encouraged to collaborate with peers and members of other industries to share new concepts and practices that could lead to learnings and innovations in our sector.
Deadline for submission: Friday June 3, 2022
The Committee will review all submissions received by the deadline.
