Expression of Interest (EOI)

Erie St. Clair LHIN Sub-region Clinical Advisory Councils

The ESC LHIN is looking for physicians and primary care Nurse Practitioners with the ability to influence change in the health care system by participating on the newly forming ESC LHIN sub-region Clinical Advisory Councils.

There will be a total of 4 Clinical Advisory Councils in the Erie St. Clair LHIN including:

1. One representing Essex and Tecumseh, Amherstburg, Lakeshore, LaSalle

2. One representing Chatham and Kent

3. One representing Windsor

4. One representing Lambton

In selection of members, we will also be attempting to balance membership to ensure a mix of: urban and rural, members with formal links and experiences to Regional Programs (e.g. Health Links, Mental Health and Addictions etc), as well as cultural and linguistic diversity. We will also try and achieve a mix of perspectives to ensure that different models of primary care are represented, as well as both community and hospital and mental health and addictions, and a mix of regional and local health providers.
