Thank you for participating in this survey. Bridgespan is conducting research to better understand how board members contribute to leadership development within nonprofit organizations and what practices are most common today.
In this survey, you will be presented with a list of potential board practices. For each statement, rate your level of agreement on a four-point scale: "Strongly Disagree," "Disagree," "Agree," or "Strongly Agree." You may also choose "N/A / Don't Know" if you do not feel that you can respond to a question.
If you are a member of multiple boards, please reference the board that you are most engaged in as you complete the survey. The survey should take approximately 10-12 minutes to complete.
